Use this dialog box to examine and update existing licenses.
CommCell ID
A serial number for this CommCell. If an evaluation license is being used, the CommCell ID is displayed as fffffff. The correct serial number is displayed when you update the evaluation license with a permanent license.
CommServe IP Address
The unique IP address of the CommServe Computer. If an evaluation license is being used, the IP address is displayed as fffffff. An encoded IP address is displayed when you update the evaluation license with a permanent license.
DR Server IP Address
The Disaster Recovery IP address for the CommServe computer, if a license for a Disaster Recovery IP address has been activated. In the event of a disaster, the CommServe database can be staged on that computer.
Evaluation Free Tokens
Indicates the total number of available evaluation tokens.
Edition
The software version used on the CommServe.
License Mode
If the CommServe is installed on a computer with the primary CommServe IP address, this value is displayed as Production. If the CommServe is installed on a computer with a DR Server IP address (if the event of a disaster or otherwise), this value is displayed as DR.
License Type
The license associated with the specific software component.
Permanent Used
Indicates the number of permanent licenses used for a software component.
Evaluation Used
Indicates the number of evaluation licenses used for a software component.
Tokens Used
Indicates the number of tokens used for a software component.
