SRM Advisory Types

Use this dialog box to enable/disable advisory types for the selected SRM Agent. Each Agent has different type of advisories associated with it.

Application Type

Lists the SRM Agent available for selection. To enable an Advisory Type, click one in the list.

Advisory Types

The advisory type that is enabled/disabled for the selected agent.

• Enabled

  Enables/disables the advisory.

• Level

  Severity of advisory.

• Description

  The message that will be sent with the advisory. The actual advisory description will contain specific information about the particular client.
