To edit Microsoft Exchange Credentials:

1. From the CommCell Browser, expand client computers right-click the icon for SRM Exchange Agent, click All Tasks and select Credentials.
2. Make changes in the Microsoft Exchange Credentials dialog box and click OK.

Configure Affinity

To configure Subclient Mailbox Affinity:

1. From the CommCell Browser, expand client computers and right-click the icon for SRM Exchange Agent, click All Tasks and select Configure Affinity.
2. In the Configure Subclient Mailbox Affinity dialog box, select the desired auto-discovery assignment method from the drop-down list. This setting determines how newly discovered mailboxes will be assigned to the content of user-defined subclients.
   • Ad Hoc

     Manual assignment of newly discovered mailboxes.

   • Mailbox

     Automatic assignment of newly discovered mailboxes that match the wildcard pattern or mailbox name specified on the Subclient Properties (Mailboxes) dialog.

   • Active Directory User Group

     Automatic assignment of newly discovered mailboxes by Active Directory User Group specified on the Subclient Properties (Mailboxes) dialog.

3. Click OK.
4. Expand Subclients, right-click a user-defined subclient, and select Properties.
5. Click the Mailboxes tab, and configure the following information based on the affinity method selected in step 2 above:
   • For Ad Hoc, click Add, then select the desired Storage Groups or Stores on the SRM Subclient Content Browse dialog and click Add.
   • For Mailbox, click Add, then select the desired Storage Groups or Stores on the SRM Subclient Content Browse dialog and click Add.
   • For Active Directory User Group, click Add, then select the desired Storage Groups or Stores on the SRM Subclient Content Browse dialog and click Add.
6. Click OK to save the changes.

Once the mailbox affinity has been configured, the next time a data collection operation is performed for this agent, any newly discovered mailboxes will be included in the content of the respective subclient, according to the affinity method established at the agent level and the details provided at the subclient level.
