Bull acts as an ESP (embedded solution provider) for the IBM N series offer.
IBM N series : Summary
IBM and Network Appliance have a strategic storage relationship. IBM agreed to OEM (rebrand with IBM logo, service, support and warranty) the entire NetApp storage portfolio.
Note : IBM N series and NetApp FAS components cannot be mixed, otherwise malfunction may occur.
An amendment to the BULL IBM OEM agreement has been signed: Bull acts as an ESP (embedded solution provider) for the IBM N series offer.
Consequently, Bull can resell the IBM N series (with IBM logo and IBM warranty) in attachment to our ESCALA offer.
Maintenance and Support Policy
Bull provides Level 1 to Bull's customers and IBM provides Level 2 and Level 3 service to Bull for IBM N Series Storage Products (internal access only).
