Network Conditioner
The network conditioner brings together, in one device, an isolating transformer
(possibly a "high-immunity" transformer), an electronic voltage regulator and HF
filters.
Advantages:
- Effective protection against contamination of the electrical network
- Galvanic isolation (to be confirmed in output)
- Allows for change of neutral point connection (check that this is possible)
- Stable output voltage.
Disadvantages:
- No emergency power
- Galvanic isolation must be checked
- Check that it is possible to use different "earth wires" downstream and
upstream.
