The paper should be stored in dry premises from where it can easily be transferred to the computer room. While it is not essential to air-condition these premises, it is recommended to maintain the hygrometry between 40 and 60 %.
The paper reams to be used for printing should be taken off their pallets before being transferred to the computing room.
