This web site contains all the ways to help the Bull customer to find solutions to make a right use of GateWay/TNVIP. According to the nature of the problem, the support advises to consult in the order:

When the cause of the problem is known use the Downloads section if necessary
Otherwise, it is possible:
- to contact the Bull support through the Call manager, a Bull support expert will take immediately the call,
- or contact the Bull Call Center by phone.
