BIOS & EMM package to update a "novascale bullion" platform.

These Firmware versions of the current delivery are included in the
Technical Status 015.02.

BIOS & EMM firmwares included in this package can be used to update a
"novascale bullion" server operating  with Technical Status 3.5 (or more recent TS)       
TS 3.5 = BIOS 01.008.00.008  EMM 11.07.09 Build 1096
