CFGGEN Utility for LSI Basic or Integrated RAID SAS Controllers

CFGGEN is a command line utility that runs in the DOS, Linux, or Windows environment.  CFGGEN is a minimally interactive program that can be executed from a command line prompt or a shell script.

Supported controllers:

• Onboard LSI 1064 SAS controller
• Onboard LSI 1064e SAS controller
• Onboard LSI 1068e SAS controller
• Onboard LSI 1078 SAS controller

Windows Environment:

The Windows environment must have the applicable LSI Logic MPT Windows device driver (Miniport or Storport) installed and loaded to recognize and communicate with the I/O controller.

Linux Environment:

The mptbase.o, mptsas.o and mptctl.o modules must be loaded into the kernel before CFGGEN will function correctly.
