The Server Panel does not open.

 


1/  Check the network environment (e.g. the firewall setting)


2/ If the message ?No Java 2 Standard Edition v 5.0 support for This APPLET? is displayed,
install JRE in your remote management PC as instructed above.


3/ Internet Explorer ActiveX Update (KB912945) is already installed, but Cumulative
Security Update for Internet Explorer (KB912812) is not installed yet in the remote
management PC.

=> If the KB912945 alone is installed, it will affect the Java applet display. Install
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer (KB912812) additionally. Go to the
following Microsoft website for details :
