During the maintenance period, in case of equipment failure, globull will be replaced by Bull by using the RMA procedure (Return Material Autorization). For that, you must submit a call to Bull Support Center to get a RMA Number. Before posting your call, be sure you can provide the serial number of your failed globull, which you can find on a side of your globull. Notice that the shipping costs of the failed material must be taken by the requirer and by Bull for the replacement equipement (1). globull should be return together with the detailed repair form GRF (globull Repair Form). Note 1: If for security reasons, you don't want to return your globull, ithank you to complete and submit by fax the destruction certificat (CdD) . |
