PrKB12201 : Insufficient number of RPC Handle

The SMI Agent cannot log the switch with the error : <<< Insufficient number of RPC Handles >>>

If changing the RPC number doesn't change anything, you need to reboot the switch. Rebooting the switch will reset the number of RPC connection. But rebooting the switch will change the switch configuration on ECC.

To return in a normal state follow the EMC Primus Solution emc123749.
