The following caveats and open issues remain in this release. Recommended work-around
is provided where possible.
For SAP for Oracle, backup jobs defined by an Operation Windows rule do not
go to a queued status in the CommCell Console
Keep this in mind when you are defining Operation Windows rules.
The following important items should be noted in this release:
For SAP for Oracle, the database should be in an open or shutdown state
when you are running offline backups
For a SAP for Oracle cross-machine restore, be sure to use the CommCell
Console to create the instance on the destination machine only only after the
data and log restores are completed
For SAP for MAXDB, non-preemptible and restartable backup jobs cannot be
restarted
