Custom installation packages containing installation options for a selected subset of agents in Calypso software suite can be created using reduced package creation.

Reduced package creation provides the following features:

• Choose desired components to be built into the reduced package.
• Save the installation options in the current deployment setup, which will be used for all the installations performed using the reduced package.
• Create a self-extracting executable file for the reduced package.

The reduced package is an ideal option for mass deployment of the software. With the components to be installed and the installation options recorded within the reduced package, it provides a one-click deployment procedure. Also, the reduced package is a slim version of the installation program, which is easy to transfer.
