Add NDMP Server

Use this dialog box to add the details of a new NDMP Server host filer. Note that this will create a NAS client for the NDMP server added. If there are no available licenses for this NAS client type, this action will fail.

The long name of the filer.

The user account through which to access the filer.

The password for the filer login account.

The password for the filer login account, for confirmation.

When selected, enables the NDMP Password and Confirm NDMP Password fields. Enabled by default when adding a new NDMP Server.

The correct vendor for the filer from the list.

The current software version for the filer.

Populates the default computer port socket number assignment. (Default value is 10000.)

When clicked, the Vendor, Hardware OS Revision and Listen Port information is automatically populated.
