Use this dialog to choose the appropriate options for recovering or retrieving selected messages. Keep in mind that all the options described in this help may not be available and only the options displayed in the dialog box are relevant to the operation that is being performed.
To Mailbox
Specifies whether to retrieve data to a mailbox, and enables options applicable for this type of retrieve.
Specifies that data must be retrieved to the original client computer.
Specifies that data must be retrieved to a different client computer. To change the destination computer, select one from the list.
Displays a list of target mailboxes to which the archived messages can be retrieved. To change the target mailbox, select one from the list.
An option group that allows you to specify what action the system will take when recovering or retrieving a message that already exists.
Specifies that the message or stub will be unconditionally overwritten.
Specifies that all items selected for recovery or retrieval will be added to the folder regardless of whether they currently exist or not. The Append option is selected by default.
Specifies that if an item is selected for recovery or retrieval and that item already exists, it will not be recovered nor retrieved.
To PST File
Specifies whether to retrieve data to a PST file. When selected, use the entry space to provide the path and file name of the PST file to which the data will be retrieved.
