Schedule Details (Aging Options)

Use this dialog box to view the summary of data aging options.

Age All

If selected, all data that have met the defined basic and/or extended retention rules criteria will be aged.

Age Granular

If selected, the specified data that have met the defined basic and/or extended retention rules criteria will be aged.

• Select Copies

  Select this option to age data by specific storage policy copies or libraries.

  Prune Selected Copies

  Select this option to age data by specific storage policy copies.

  Prune Copies Using selected Libraries

  Select this option to age data by specific libraries.

  Libraries Available

  Displays libraries available for data aging operations.

  Libraries Included

  Displays libraries included for data aging operations.

• Include All Clients

  Select this option to include all clients in the CommCell for data aging options. When not selected, specific clients can be selected for the data aging options.

  Clients Available

  Displays the clients available for data aging operations.

  Clients Included

  Displays the clients included for data aging operations.
