Use this dialog box to select the event severity levels and the maximum number of events that are shown on the Event Viewer.
Information
Indicates a normal, expected event. Reported information events include the initiation and completion of jobs and operations.
Minor
Indicates an abnormal or unexpected event that does not affect running processes.
Major
Indicates a major error affecting the CommServe, MediaAgent, client or application.
Critical
Indicates critical system conditions affecting the CommServe, MediaAgents, clients or applications.
Maximum number of events in Event Viewer
Sets the maximum number of events to be displayed in the Event Viewer.
The default severity levels are Information, Minor, Major and Critical. The default maximum number of events displayed in the Event Viewer is 200. The maximum number of events is 500.
