Advanced Options

Use this dialog box to access additional options for exporting media.

When selected, the export media operation can be tracked from VaultTracker.

• Use Virtual mail slot for export

  When selected, the exported media is stored within the library in the virtual mail slots defined in the Library Properties (Media) tab.

• Auto acknowledge

  When selected, the pending media movement actions generated by VaultTracker is automatically acknowledged, when the media is exported from the library.

• Container

  Indicates the name of the container in which the media will be located. Use the space to add the name of the container.  (If the container name is not listed, see Add a Container in Books Online for information on adding container names.)

• Track Transit

  Specifies that transit information must be tracked, and lists the transit locations entered using the Export Location Details dialog box.
