Data Retention Forecast and Compliance

Use this dialog box to select the filter criteria to be included in the Data Retention Forecast and Compliance Report.

The individual filter criteria are listed and explained below.

Allows you to select the location of the media to display in the report. 

• In  

  Includes the media that are currently in libraries and associated with the selected storage policy copies in the report.

• Out  

  Includes the media that have been exported from the media libraries of the selected storage policy copies in the report.

View Selection

• Show prunable data

  Specifies that the report will include data that can be aged

• Show unprunable data

  Specifies that the report will include data that cannot be aged

Show Job Retention Status

• Now

  Specifies that the report will display retention status as of today.

• Forecasted

  Specifies that the report will display retention status as of date specified.

Sort By

• Client

  Specifies that the report will be sorted by client.

• Storage Policy

  Specifies that the report will be sorted by storage policy.
