Use this tab to select the filter criteria to generate job summary reports (either data management, data recovery, or administrative reports). For a scheduled job summary report, you can use this tab to modify filter options that have already been selected, or to select additional filter options.

All JobsIncludes data management, data recovery, and administrative jobs in the report.
Data Management JobsAllows you to select data management filter criteria, in addition to View Type filters, to generate data management job summary reports.
The Calendar Backup Job Summary Report and the Backup Job Summary Report, provide a summary of data management jobs based on the selected filter criteria.
The Calendar Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report and the Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report provide a summary of archive jobs based on the selected filter criteria.
The QR Volume Creation Job Summary Report provides a summary of the QR Volume Creation jobs based on the selected filter criteria.
The ContinuousDataReplicator Replication Job Summary Report provides replication pair statistics, including failures, and details for each recovery point job.
The Online Content Indexing Job Summary Report provides a summary of online content indexing jobs for each client.
The SRM Data Collection Job Summary Report provides a summary of data collection jobs for each SRM Agent.
Allows you to select data recovery filter criteria to generate data recovery job summary reports.
The Restore Job Summary Report provides a summary of data recovery jobs based on the selected filter criteria.

The Auxiliary Copy Job Summary Report provides a summary of all auxiliary copy jobs based on the selected filter criteria.
The Data Aging Job Summary Report provides a summary of all data aging jobs based on the selected filter criteria.
The Data Verification Job Summary Report provides a summary of all data verification jobs based on the selected filter criteria.
The Download Updates Job Summary Report provides a summary of all download update jobs executed based on the selected filter criteria.
The Install Updates Job Summary Report provides a summary of all install update jobs run based on the selected filter criteria.
The Offline Content Indexing Job Summary Report provides a summary of offline content indexing jobs for each client.
The Offline Snap Copy Job Summary Report provides a summary of the snap to media jobs for each client.
The Magnetic Library Maintenance Summary Report provides the results of fragmentation analysis on the magnetic library.

View Type
Allows you to select the view type for a Backup Job Summary Report or a Archive Job Summary Report.
Calendar
Allows you to generate a Calendar Backup Job Summary Report or a Calendar Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report based on the selected data management filter criteria.
Detailed
Allows you to generate a Backup Job Summary Report or an Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report, based on the selected data management filter criteria.
Job ID
Allows you to generate a Backup Job Summary Report based on a specific Job ID.
Group By
Based on type of data management or data recovery operation selected, this option allows you to group by Client, Destination Client, Source Client, Storage Policy, Quick Recovery Agent Policy, Agent, or Job ID in the report.
Job(s) with Description
When selected it displays job descriptions saved by the user while initiating, scheduling and running a job.
