Report Selection (General)/Modifying Scheduled Report (Detail - General)

Job Summary Report

Use this tab to select the filter criteria to generate job summary reports (either data management, data recovery, or administrative reports).  For a scheduled job summary report, you can use this tab to modify filter options that have already been selected, or to select additional filter options.

The individual filter criteria are listed and explained below.

All Jobs

Includes data management, data recovery, and administrative jobs in the report.

Data Management Jobs

Allows you to select data management filter criteria, in addition to View Type filters, to generate data management job summary reports.

Data Recovery Jobs

Allows you to select data recovery filter criteria to generate data recovery job summary reports.

Administrative  Jobs

Allows you to select administrative filter criteria to generate administrative job summary reports.

View Type

Allows you to select the view type for a Backup Job Summary Report or a Archive Job Summary Report.

Calendar

Allows you to generate a Calendar Backup Job Summary Report or a Calendar Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report based on the selected data management filter criteria.

Detailed

Allows you to generate a Backup Job Summary Report or an Archive/Compliance Archive Job Summary Report, based on the selected data management filter criteria.

Job ID

Allows you to generate a Backup Job Summary Report based on a specific Job ID.

Group By

Based on type of data management or data recovery operation selected, this option allows you to group by Client, Destination Client, Source Client, Storage Policy, Quick Recovery Agent Policy, Agent, or Job ID in the report.

Job(s) with Description

When selected it displays job descriptions saved by the user while initiating, scheduling and running a job.
