Modifying Scheduled Report

(General)

Use this tab to modify the report schedule options.

Schedule Name

Use this field to change the report schedule name.

Include As

• Embedded

  Select this option to include the report in the body of the e-mail.

• Attachment

  Select this option to include the report as an e-mail attachment.
  Compress

  Select this option to compress the attachment.

Available Users

Identifies the users that are available to receive the scheduled report.

Users to be Notified

Identifies the users that are selected to receive the scheduled report.

(Details - Time Range)

• Last

  Allows you to determine which events/jobs/backups/media should be included in the report based on a "Last" time period (e.g., Last 24 Hours (default), Last 3 days).

• Select Date/Time

  The View From and View To options allow you to select which events/jobs/backups/media should be included in the report based on the time range within the specified time zone.

• Time Zone

  Allows you to select a time zone.

  Note: The output of the report displays the data based on the CommServe time zone.

• View From

  Allows you to select the earliest events/jobs/backups/media to be included in the report.

  First Event/First Job/First Backup/Start

  Includes events/jobs/backups/media starting with the earliest available in the report.

  Events On/Jobs On/Backups On/Select Start Time

  Includes events/jobs/backups/media that were initiated/written to and/or read to at or after the time selected in the report.

• View To

  Allows you to select the latest event/job/backup/media be included in the report.

  Last Event/Last Job/Last Backup/End

  Includes events/jobs/backups/media through the latest available in the report.

  Events On/Jobs On/Backups On/Select End Time

  Includes event/jobs/backups/media that were completed/written to and/or read to at or before the time selected in the report.

(Details - Output)

Output Format: HTML

Generates and/or saves the report in HTML format.

• Full

  Generates and/or saves the report in its entirety. (Job Summary reports only).

• Summary Only

  Generates and/or saves the report with a Summary table. (Job Summary reports only).

Output Format: Text

Generates and/or saves the report in text format.

• Full

  Generates and/or saves the report in its entirety (Job Summary reports only).

  Text Delimiter

  Select a delimiter from the drop down list.

• Short (Pager)

  Generates and/or saves the report in a concise format (Job Summary reports only).

Iron Mountain

For those users who are using Iron Mountain to send their media offsite, generates and/or saves the report in a format for Iron Mountain (Exportable Media, Media Information, and Tracking, reports only).

Output To

• Impersonate User

  Displays the user name of the account.

• User Name/Password

  Allows you to use a user name from the Change User Account dialog box.

• Use Local Drive

  Saves the report to a specified location on the CommServe's local drive.

• Use Network Share

  Saves the report to a specified location on a network.

• Report Copy location

  Type a local path on the CommServe or a network path to save the report.

• Browse

  Allows you to browse to a local path on the CommServe or a network path to save the report.
