FTP/HTTP Proxy Configuration Dialog

Use this dialog box to configure a proxy server for downloading updates.

Indicates the name of the FTP/HTTP server. Use the space to enter the name of the FTP/HTTP proxy server.

Proxy Port

Indicates the port number that will be used to establish a connection to this proxy server. Use the space to enter the port number.

• Use Passive FTP Connection

  Select this option to use a passive FTP connection. This field is only applicable to configuring an FTP Proxy Server.

Use Username and password

When selected, allows you add/edit the username and password that are required to access the proxy server.

• User Name

  The user name used to access the proxy server.

• Password

  The password of the specified user account.

• Confirm Password

  Retype the password for confirmation.

• Location

  The location of the FTP site. This field is only applicable to configuring an FTP Proxy Server.
