Media Action Details

Use this dialog box to view the state of the media in the Tracking Policy.

The barcode number associated with the media.

The state of the media. One of the following states may be displayed:

• At Source

  When the media resides inside the source location (library, media repository, or stationary location

• At VMS

  When the media is in the Virtual Mail Slot.

• In Transit

  When the media is between source and destination.

• Obsolete

  When the media is already moved into another tracking policy.

The current location of the media. 

Destination

The destination of the tracking policy.

The container name if the destination is a container.

End Time

The date and time (on the CommServe) at which the action was completed.

Due Back On

Indicates when the media is due back to the source location. One of the following values may be displayed:

• Now

  Media is due back immediately.

• Date

  Media is due back on the date displayed.

• Never

  Media is not due back to the source location.

Export Error

Indicates the reason for an action failure.

Print

Click to print the details displayed in the dialog box.

Save to File

Click to save the details displayed in the dialog box either as a tab (.xls) or comma (.csv) separated file.
