Several reports are available for SharePoint. The following table enumerates them, along with a short description. It also shows whether an Analysis level Data Collection Job is required to produce complete and accurate data for each report.

Document Distribution by Content Type For the SRM Agent for SharePoint, summarizes for the files per Site URL, the content type and lists the files with that type of content. Also indicates, the total file size, average file size, and the size of the largest file. Applicable only for SharePoint Server 2007. Yes
Document Distribution by Modification Time For each Server Farm and Site Collection, categorization of files in each top level site based on their size and age (based on modification time.) Use it to identify Site Collections which should be backed up frequently (i.e., those with many recently modified files.) Yes
Document Distribution by Size For each Server Farm and Site Collection, number and aggregate size of files in each top level site, categorized by individual file size. Yes
Document Distribution by Type For each Server Farm and Site Collection, categorization of files in each top level site based on their size and type. Use it to identify Site Collections that contain many multimedia, archive, document, or executable files. Yes
Document Distribution by User For each Server Farm and Site Collection, usage by total, average, maximum file size by user per top level site. Summarizes document usage, highlighting the usage patterns of different users on a per-document basis. Use this report to identify heavy disk consumers for capacity management and planning purposes. Yes
Document Distribution by User per Virtual Server For each Server Farm and Virtual Server, usage by total, average, maximum file size by user per top level site. Summarizes document usage, highlighting the usage patterns of different users on a per-document basis. Use this report to identify heavy disk consumers for capacity management and planning purposes. Yes
Files by Extension For the SRM Agents for SharePoint, identifies, for the files per computer, each file extension that is used and indicates the number of files that include each file extension. Also indicates, for the files with each extension as well as all the affected files, the total file size, average file size, and the size of the largest file. Yes
Locked Site Collections per Virtual Server For each Site Collection, the Lock Type (Read or Write) and the Lock Reason, by Virtual Server. No
Prohibited Documents Documents of types commonly proscribed in corporate environments. Use it to identify hidden caches of wasted disk space. Yes
SharePoint Deployment All SharePoint installs in the enterprise, by friendly name, configuration database name, product type (WSS or SPS) and version,  topology type (single or farm), host name and server types installed (e.g., Web, Index, Search, etc.) Also indicates whether or not the current topology is a valid configuration. Site Collection Quota Violation For each top level Site, storage used, the quota warning limit at which administrators of the site collection receive notice that available storage is being expended, and the quota maximum limit of storage space that can be used by the site collection. No
Site Collection Storage Utilization and Subsite For each Site Collection, the amount of storage used and number of Subsites in the Site Collection. No

Top 10 Documents by Size 10 largest documents per Subsite, by List name, file name, and size. Use it to identify exceptionally large documents for investigation and/or removal. Yes
Top 10 Documents by Version Size 10 documents per Subsite with the largest cumulative file size of all non-current versions, by List name, file name, and cumulative size. Use it to identify document versions for investigation and/or removal. Yes

Top 10 Subsites by Daily Hits 10 Subsites with the greatest number of hits on the day of data collection, based on the sum of hits for all pages in the Subsite. Yes
Top 10 Subsites by Monthly Hits 10 Subsites with the greatest number of hits for the 30 days preceding the day of data collection, based on the sum of hits for all pages in the Subsite. Yes
Top 10 Subsites by Storage 10 Subsites that use the most storage, based on the sum of the sizes of all documents in the Subsite. Yes
Virtual Server Usage For each Virtual Server, the aggregate number of hits for all Subsites on the day of data collection, for the previous 30 days, and the cumulative lifetime total. Yes
