Overview

The Job Schedule Report Filter provides a list of scheduled operations based on the selected filter criteria. There are two types of Job Schedule reports:

Job Schedule Report - Interval
Job Schedule Report - List

To generate the Job Schedule Report, a user must be a member of the Master User Group or have Report Management capability, and have the capability to view schedules in the CommCell Console.

Usage

For the Job Schedule - Interval Report, this report is useful if you require:

A list of scheduled job occurrences that will be initiated in a specified time period.
Defined job details and the schedule pattern for each scheduled job.
The type of calendar a schedule is using, either the standard calendar or a custom calendar.
Results grouped by either client or the next schedule time.

For the Job Schedule - List Report, this report is useful if you require:

A list of schedules and schedule policies, and the total number of them.
Detailed information on scheduled jobs, including job options, schedule patterns, and next scheduled time.
Detailed information on schedule policies, including task type, the number of associated objects, and schedule pattern.
Results grouped by either client or the next schedule time.
