Usage
If the Data Aging option is selected from the
Job Summary Report Selection dialog box, the
Data Aging Job Summary Report will be created.
This report is useful if you require:
- To view all data aging jobs with a specified status during a specified
time period.
- To view the user who initiated the job.
- The start, end, and elapsed time of the job.
- To view the failure reasons, if necessary.
- To view the type of retention rules (basic or extension) defined for the
active, failed and completed jobs.
