Usage
If the Offline Content Indexing option is selected from the Job Summary
Report Selection dialog box, the Offline Content Indexing Job Summary Report
can be created.
For more information, see Content Indexing.
This report is useful if you require:
- A summary of offline content indexing jobs for each client.
- To view all offline content indexing jobs during a specified time period.
- Detailed offline content indexing information such as:
- The client source and
destination.
- The duration of the job.
- The total objects successful, skipped, or failed to be restored.
- The data size and the CommCell user that initiated the job.
- The failure reason (if necessary), and associated events.
- The failed objects (if necessary), and the files that were successfully
restored.
- The options that were selected for the job before the job was run.
- The status of the job, and the throughput unit.
