Customers with access to Maintenance Advantage can download the latest tools and utilities directly from the Maintenance Advantage web site. For a list of available tools and utilities, see Tools and Utilities.

If you do not have a Maintenance Advantage account, contact your software provider.

• Verify that the tool or utility you wish to download is supported with the platform on which the tool or utility will be installed. See Tools and Utilities for more information.

• If you have a previous revision of the tool or utility installed on the computer, it is recommended that you uninstall the previous version of the tool or utility prior to installing the new version.

1. Log on to the Maintenance Advantage web site.

2. Click the Downloads and Packages tab.

3. From the Downloads and Packages page, select Resource Pack Browser.

4. Using the Resource Pack Browser, navigate to the desired package by opening the appropriate folder for:

   • the OS Version on which you wish to install the package.

   • the Category in which the package is grouped.

   • the Name of the package you wish to download.

   See Tools and Utilities to determine the OS version, category, and name of the package you wish to download.

5. Download the desired package onto the computer on which the package will be installed.

6. Refer to the package's installation instructions for information on installing and using the package. These instructions are available as an HTML file and are located at the root of the download folder.
