32 MB RAM minimum required beyond the requirements of the operating system and running applications. Additional memory used when a snapshot is created, varying by File System activity and the amount of data being backed up.

99 MB minimum of hard disk space for software/ 99 MB recommended

100 MB of additional hard disk space for log file growth

100 MB of temp space or more on the source volume(s) to create snapshots and keep snapshot specific data

76 MB of temp space required for install or upgrade (where the temp folder resides)

TCP/IP Services configured on the computer.

When using multiple NIC cards, Service Pack 3 must be installed on Windows 2000 Operating System to detect all the names associated with the NIC cards
