System Requirements - SRM Exchange Agent


The following requirements are for the SRM Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server.

Application

The Microsoft Exchange Server iDataAgent support the following Microsoft Exchange Server versions:

Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server up to the latest service pack

Microsoft Exchange 2003 Server up to the latest service pack

Microsoft Exchange 2007 Server up to the latest service pack

Operating System

The Microsoft Exchange Server iDataAgents are supported on the following operating systems as supported by the Microsoft Exchange Server.

Microsoft Windows Server 2003 32-bit and x64 Editions with a minimum of Service Pack 1

Microsoft Windows Server 2008 x64 Editions*

*Core and R2 Editions not supported

Processor

All Windows-compatible processors supported

Memory

512 MB RAM minimum required beyond the requirements of the operating system and running applications

Hard Disk

104 MB minimum of hard disk space for software/ 148 MB recommended

100 MB of additional hard disk space for log file growth

77 MB of temp space required for install or upgrade (where the temp folder resides)

Peripherals

DVD-ROM drive

Network Interface Card

Miscellaneous

TCP/IP Services configured on the computer.

.NET Framework 2.0 is required for SRM Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server installations.

These requirements are in addition to the disk requirements set for the operating system.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package is automatically installed. Note that Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package can co-exist with other versions of this software.
