Use this window to display the status of the CommCell's MediaAgents. The status information displayed includes the MediaAgent software version, and whether or not it is operational. If the MediaAgent is not operational, the failure reason and length of time it has been inactive will be displayed as well. Users can filter the MediaAgents status records by Operational and Not Operational. This status window is quite useful in troubleshooting issues with a CommCell's environment.
