External Domain Summary

The External Domain Summary provides current up-to-date status information pertaining to the selected external domain.

General

This section displays the external domain's status information, such as:

• Host name
• Current status
• User account name
• Whether or not the Single Sign On (SSO) feature has been enabled for this account.
• Whether or not the SSO is configured to use secure Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), which provides additional network security.

External Users

This section displays user information such as:

• Defined username
• The last time of their login. This information can be useful in verifying resource issues.

External Groups

This section displays the name of the each defined external group and the corresponding CommNet user group(s).
