Where to Install the Software

The SRM Oracle Agent is installed on the computer which satisfies the minimum requirements specified in System Requirements.

Installation

The software can be installed using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Install Software from the CommCell Console - to install remotely on a client computer.
Method 2: Install the SRM Oracle Agent - to install directly on client computer.

Where to go From Here

Once you install the software you must add Oracle Database. This is explained in Agents - SRM Oracle Agent.
