Where to Install the Software

The Workstation Backup Agent is installed on the client computer that satisfies the minimum requirements specified in System Requirement.

Installation

The software can be installed using one of the following methods:

Method 1: Install Software from the CommCell Console - to install remotely on a client computer.
Method 2:
Install On Source

Install the Workstation Backup Agent - to install directly on source client computer.

Install on Destination

Install ContinuousDataReplicator - to install directly on destination client computer.

Once you install the software you must configure Recovery Point. This is explained in Workstation Backup Agent Deployment Guide.
