Use this tab to specify advanced search criteria for the find operation. Note that all the options described in this help may not be available and only the options displayed in the dialog box are relevant to the operation that is being performed.
Field
Lists the field that you want to search. To change the field, select one from the list.
Condition
Lists the search conditions. To change the condition, select one from the list.
Value
Use this space to enter the string you want to search.
Add to list
Click to add the entry to the list.
Remove
Click to remove the entry from the list.
Toggle Any of/All of
Click to expand or narrow the scope of the Find operation.
Clear List
Click to remove all of the values entered for keyword, exact phrases and exclusions.
Find Now
Starts the find operation.
Stop
Stops the find operation.
View Selections
Click to display all selected items from the search results.
Save To File
Click to save the search results to a file on the client computer.
Display Pane
Displays the results of the search. You can use this pane to recover/retrieve an object or range of objects by right-clicking the object(s) and then selecting the appropriate recover option. The information displayed for each object returned from the search varies by agent, as follows:
Mailbox, Folder, To, From, Subject, Received Time, Size, and (where applicable) Matched String.
Name, Path, Size, Type, Modified, and (where applicable) Matched String.
