Use this dialog box to create or modify an ERM Connector.
Select ERM Server
Displays the names of the available ERM servers. To select, click one from the list. To create a new ERM server, click <Create New>.
Name
Specifies the name of the ERM server.
Url
Specifies the url for the ERM server in the Record Management System, without specifying "default.aspx"
Account Information
Click to enter the domain/user name and password to access the ERM server.
Test
Click to verify the connection to the ERM server.
Description
Use this field to enter a description about the entity. This description can include information about the entity's content, cautionary notes, etc.
Connector Name
Specifies the name of the ERM Connector.
Select Routing Rule
Specifies the routing rule to be associated with the ERM server. Select one from the list.
Properties
Displays the configurable routing rule criteria.
The text field is disabled on selecting the CLIENT Name or TAGS option from the dropdown list. At the time of submitting to ERM the strings are replaced by the actual Source Client Name or the Tags (if applicable) depending upon the selection.
Refresh
Click to reload the available routing rules from the ERM server.
