Admin Job History Filter

Use this window to establish filtering options for the Admin Job History window. The available options are:

Job Type

Displays only those jobs that correspond to a specified job type. Select one of the following:

• All

  Displays a history of all administration jobs.

• Data Aging

  Displays a history of data aging jobs

• Export Media

  Displays a history of Media Export jobs.

• Auxiliary Copy

  Displays a history of Auxiliary Copy jobs.

• Inventory

  Displays a history of Library Inventory jobs.

• Disaster Recovery Backup

  Displays a history of Disaster Recovery backup jobs.

• Data Verification

  Displays a history of Data Verification jobs.

• Offline Content Indexing

  Displays a history of Offline Content Indexing jobs.

• Erase Media

  Displays a history of Erase Media jobs.

• Erase Backup/Archived Data

  Displays a history of Erase Backup/Archived Data jobs.

• Drive Validation

  Displays a history of Drive Validation Jobs

• Drive Cleaning

  Displays a history of drive cleaning jobs.

• Stamp Media

  Displays a history of stamp media jobs.

• Install Updates

  Displays a history of Install Updates jobs.

• Download Software and Updates

  Displays a history of download Software and Updates jobs.

• Disk Library Maintenance

  Displays a history of Disk Library Maintenance Jobs.

• SRM Reports/Notifications

  Displays a history of SRM Report jobs.

• Information Management

  Displays a history of Information Management jobs.

• CommCell Export

  Displays the captured/exported metadata records associated with the client (s) that you wish to migrate to another CommCell.

• CommCell Import

  Displays the merged/imported metadata records associated with the client (s) that you wish to migrate in the new CommCell.

• Media Refreshing

  Displays the media refresh jobs that replaced the media associated with an existing storage policy copy.

• Reconstruct Dedupe Database

  Displays a history of deduplication database reconstruction jobs.

Specify Time Range

• Time Zone - Displays only those jobs that have occurred within a specified time zone.
• Start Time, End Time - Displays only those jobs that occurred within the specified start and end times.

Job Status

Displays only those jobs that correspond to a specified job status. Select one of the following:

• All

  Displays all the jobs.

• Completed

  Displays only the jobs that completed and completed with one or more errors.

• Failed

  Displays only those jobs that were killed, failed, and failed to start.

• Killed

  Displays only user killed jobs.

Number of Jobs

Displays only a specified number of jobs. Select one of the following:

• View All Jobs

  Displays all the jobs.

• Desired Number of Jobs

  Displays only the number of jobs that you specify.

Include Aged Data

Includes data from jobs that have already been pruned.
