Use this dialog box to establish additional filtering options to view the history associated with the data management operations:
Backup and Content Indexing
Specifies that the history window should display only those backup jobs that correspond to the specified type. The following options are available:
- All - Specifies that all backup jobs should be included in the history window.
- Full - Specifies that jobs associated with full backups only should be included in the history window.
- Incremental - Specifies that jobs associated with incremental/transaction log backups only should be included in the history window.
- Synthetic full - Specifies that jobs associated with synthetic full backups only should be included in the history window.
- Differential - Specifies that jobs associated with differential backups only should be included in the history window.
Quick Recovery Agent Volume Creation
Specifies that the history window should display only those Quick Recovery agent volume jobs that correspond to the specified type. The following options are available:
- All - Specifies that all Quick Recovery agent volume creation jobs should be included in the history window.
- Snap Shot - Specifies that jobs associated with snap shots only should be included in the history window.
- Quick Recovery Agent Volume Creation - Specifies that jobs associated with Quick Recovery agent volume creation without incremental updates should be included in the history window.
- Incremental Updates - Specifies that only jobs associated with Quick Recovery agent volume creation with incremental updates only should be included in the history window.
Operation Number
Specifies the number of operations that should be included in the history window. The following options are available:
- View All operations - Specifies that all operations should be included in the history window.
- Desired Number of operations - Specifies that only the specified number of operations should be included in the history window. Use the space to specify the total number of operations to be displayed.
Include Aged Data
Specifies that operations that have already been pruned will be displayed in the Job History window.
Include Backup Copy Jobs
Specifies that the backup copy operations will be displayed in the Job History window.
