Stub Recall Jobs

Use this window to view history information pertaining to operations associated with the selected client computer group, client, agent, instance/partition, or backup set/archive set. Right-click any of the rows to view more items. Note that some of the columns in this window may not be applicable to some of the agents. For example, some agents do not support backup sets and hence may appear blank.

Status

Displays the Job Status of a particular operation.

Client

Displays the client whose data was included in the operation.

Agent Type

The agent that performed the operation.

Instance/Partition

The instance/partition in the client computer that represents the database that was included in this operation.

For Domino Mailbox Archiver, the first Partition will be displayed even if another partition was used during the recall.

Backup Set

The backup set that was protected/recovered during the operation.

The defaultArchiveSet will always be displayed even if a user-defined Archive Set was used during the recall.

Start Time/Started Time

The date and time on the CommServe when the operation started.

End Time

The date and time on the CommServe when the operation was completed.

Destination Client

The client to which the data was recovered/retrieved.

User

The name of the operating system user who initiated the operation. For DataArchiver stub recoveries from Outlook, the Exchange Mailbox Alias Name will be displayed.

Native Data

The size of the object that was recovered/recalled.

Stub Recall Object Name

The full file path (including file name) of the file that was recovered/recalled. For DataArchiver stub recoveries from Outlook, a status message is displayed indicating that a message was recovered.

Refresh

When clicked, updates this window with the most current information.

Print

Click to print the details displayed in the dialog box.

Save to File

Click to save the details displayed in the dialog box either as a tab (.xls) or comma (.csv) separated file.
