This dialog box summarizes the restore information for the Active Directory iDataAgent.
Job Details
Displays a summary of the restore job, including the job type, iDataAgent, etc.
Source DB
You can view the following information if you are performing the Offline Database Restore
The path to the ntds.dit or adamntds.dit file in the offline copy of the database.
Click Edit to enter the user account credentials for the Directory Server database on the destination server. The user account entered must be the domain controller administrator account.
Additionally, the user name must be entered in the following format:
<domain_name>\<domain_controller_administrator_user_name>
Restore Destination
You can view the following information if you are performing the Offline Database Restore
Select the name of the server from which the directory server data was originally backed up.
Enter the port number for the destination server. For Active Directory server databases, this port number will be 389 by default. For ADAM and Lightweight Directory Servers, this port number will vary depending on the port number configured for the directory database.
Save As Script
Click to open the Save As Script dialog, which allows you to save this operation and the selected options as a script file (in XML format). The script can later be executed from the Command Line Interface using qoperation execute command.
When you save an operation as a script, each option in the dialog will have a corresponding xml parameter in the script file. When executing the script, you can modify the value for any of these XML parameters as per need.
