Use this tab to enter or change authentication information for this agent instance to access data on the network storage file server for archiving and recovery purposes. Note that all the options described in this help may not be available and only the options displayed in the dialog box are applicable to the agent or feature for which the information is being displayed.
User Name
Use this space to enter the user name for the domain where the network storage file server resides, which has read and write permissions on the CIFS share exported on the network storage file server.
PasswordUse this space to enter the password associated with the above user name.
Confirm Password
Use the space to re-type the password for confirmation.
The user account must have read and write permissions on the CIFS share and exported to the network storage file server/proxy. The user account must also have admin access to filer and read/write access to the Windows registry on the proxy computer.
