Browser Options

Use this dialog box to set or modify the CommNet Browser options.

General

Timeout Enabled

If selected, the browser will timeout after the user-defined time session of inactivity has been exceeded.

• Timeout session after

  Select the hours and minutes of inactivity that will timeout the browser.

Pop-ups and Labels

• Don't show popup message to inform me about the addition, deletion or changes of a CommCell or Cell-Client Group

  Select this option to disable the CommCell or Cell-Client Group popup information messages.

• Show chart point label diagonally

  Select this option to enable chart point labels to be displayed diagonally.

Data Format

• Use Date Format:

  Select from the following date format options:

  • mm/dd (e.g. 12/31)

    Select this option for the browser to display dates in the month/date format.

  • dd/mm (e.g., 31/12)

    Select this option for the browser to display dates in the date/month format.

• Login Locale Dependent

  Select this option for the browser to display dates in the same format as the operating system on which the browser software is installed.

User Preferences

Use this option to clear all user preferences (this cannot be undone).

CommCell and CommNet Default Task

• Summary

  Select this option to have the corresponding Summary automatically display when the CommCell and CommNet nodes are selected.

• Dashboard

  Select this option to have the corresponding Dashboard automatically display when the CommCell and CommNet nodes are selected.

Customize Dashboard

Report Order

The CommNet Dashboard will display the selected reports in this order on the dashboard. Right click on a report space to add or change a report from the popup menu, and to remove a report from the dashboard. Reports available for the dashboard view are:

• Last 7 Days Data Growth - Combined
• Last 7 Days Data Growth - Incremental
• Last 7 Days Data Growth - Full
• Last 7 Days DP Activity - Data Size
• Last 7 Days DP Activity - Job Detail
• Last 7 Days DP Coverage
• Last 7 Days Job Success

Options

• Include Chart Options

  Select this option to include all chart options in each report.

• Include Chart Table

  Select this option to include the chart table in each report.
