Drive Detail

This detail view displays information about the selected drive/mountpath that allows users to quickly determine the status of their environment as well as troubleshoot it. Note that all fields may not be applicable depending on the drive/mountpath selected.

Drives

• The status of the drive and, if not operational, the date since it has not been operational
• The throughput of the drive in GB/hour for the last 24 hours
• The drive's manufacturer, model, type, serial number, and firmware revision
• The drive controller information showing the visibility of all the associated MediaAgents for the selected drive.
• The number of restores, hard and soft errors, mounts, and backups
• The drive's events, error and mount history for the last 24 hours

Mountpath

• The space available
• The space reserved
• The maximum size allowed
