Data Recovery Recall Report

This report shows the number or percentage of data recovery recall jobs that completed, failed, or have been killed, for the Migration Archiving iDataAgents in specified CommCell(s), during the selected time range. Additional information about the reported stub recall jobs can be retrieved by initiating the Data Recovery Recall Detail Report from the Recall Chart or Table in this report. Note that this report does not show incomplete recall jobs; only jobs that have failed, been killed or completed within the time range specified will be displayed; more over, the job which initiated the stub recall job must be also be completed in order for the stub recall to be displayed in the report. If the recovery job is still active, the stub recall job  will not be displayed. This report can be used to quickly identify when and where recall jobs are occurring in your CommNet environment.

The Recall Chart

The Recall Chart displays the number or percentage of recall jobs per CommCell within the specified time-range based on selections made in the Chart Options fields. In addition to selecting the chart type, you can opt to view all completed recall jobs, those that have failed or those that have been killed. This quickly identifies the day(s) and or weekend(s) (depending on selection made in the Override CommCell Weekend Configuration filter) that have the largest or least number of recall jobs. Double click on data in the chart to launch the Data Recovery Recall Detail Report. Note that clicking on 0 values will not launch the detail report.

The Recall Table

The Recall Table contains the number and percentage of recall jobs per CommCell within the specified time-range. This quickly identifies the exact number of recall jobs that have occurred per day and/or weekend (depending on selection made in the Override CommCell Weekend Configuration filter). Double click on data in the table to launch the Data Recovery Recall Detail Report. Note that clicking on 0 values will not launch the detail report.
