Load Detail Report

The Load Detail Report displays detailed information for the selected jobs. Launched from the Load Report, this report focuses on the job details of those jobs that are transferring data or pending (peak load). Filters for the information displayed in the report include various finished and incomplete job statuses. The maximum number of jobs per CommCell displayed in this report can be configured in the CommNet Properties dialog box. If there are more jobs than the number specified in the configuration, you will be prompted with a message indicating the number of jobs that will be displayed as well as the total number of jobs that match the filter criteria. Jobs are displayed in order of their start time, beginning with the most recent. To obtain additional information for a specific job, click on the job to launch the Job Detail dialog box. The information included in this report includes:

Client

The name of the client.

Agent Type

The name of the iDataAgent.

Subclient

The name of the subclient.

Job Status

The status of the job: Completed in first attempt, Completed after multiple attempts, Failed, Killed, Incomplete, Incomplete after multiple attempts, Running, Running after multiple attempts and Stopped.

Job ID

The identification number of the job.

Job Type

The type of job; admin, restore or backup.

Destination Client

The name of the client to which the data is being transferred. Applicable to restore jobs only.

Is Pruned

Identifies whether or not the data has been pruned. Applicable to backup jobs only.

Duration

The length of time for the operation to occur (in minutes).

Multiple Attempts

The number of times the operation was restarted. Applicable to backup jobs only.

Interruptions

Applicable to backup jobs only.

Application Size

The data size of the application/agent.

Throughput

Applicable to backup jobs only.

Data Protection Level

The level of data protection.

Start Time

The start time of the operation.

End Time

The end time of the operation.

Failure Reason

The reason for the job failure. Note that his field will only be populated if a job has failed.
