Description
Media Explorer is used to restore Galaxy data when the CommServe is unavailable. (See the documentation for details.)

Usage
  1. Install the package using MediaExplorer.exe.
  2. Copy over the binaries from the UpdatedBinaries folder.

 

Notes for Exchange agents

  1. To restore MAPI data, filter the data by the required agent. A restore done with "all data" filter on would follow file system restore and hence would not yield the expected results.
  2. It is required that MAPI be pre-configured on the system.
  3. A MAPI profile with administrator rights must be present for the restore to complete successfully on that system.
