Description
This utility provides the ability to set copy flags (copy to the same library) at the storage policy copy level.

Usage
  1. Run this utility from the CommServe machine only.
  2. Copy the executable to <Galaxy Install Directory>\Base.
  3. Run this utility:
    setCopyFlags [-vm <virtual machine>] -SP <storage policy name> -copy <copy name> [-enableInlineSameLib | -disableInlineSameLib] [-enableAuxCopySameLib | -disableAuxCopySameLib]
