Description
This utility sets the scan mode property for all backup sets.

This utility makes modifications to the backupSetProp database table. The attrVal column for the "Use Change Journal" attribute is changed.

Usage
  1. Copy the executable to the <Software Installation Folder>\Base directory.
  2. From a command line, type and enter the following command:

    setScanMode [-rfa <off|on> -ab <off|on>] <cjoff|cjon>

    where:
    cjoff enables traditional scan mode (do not use Change Journal)
    cjon enables new scan mode (use Change Journal).
    -rfa <on/off> turns preserve file access time on or off (valid only when traditional scan mode is enabled)
    -ab <on/off> turns check archive bit during backups on or off (valid only when traditional scan mode is enabled)
