- Copy showMediaErros.exe into the
<GalaxyHome>\Base folder.
- Navigate to this program from the command line and run it using
the following syntax: showMediaErrors
- To check the results, view
MediaErrorsReport.log, which is located under
galaxy\log files. Output is printed
to stdout and also to the log. The output column order is as
follows: # of soft errors, # of hard errors,
barcode, library, Unique ID.
